Centre for Banking Studies (CBS) is the training arm of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL), dedicated to undertaking capacity building and professional development activities for the financial industry as well for igniting awareness of the general public of various economics-related issues. CBS excels in providing training on banking, finance and economics with its high calibre pool of resource persons. CBS provides in-class training, online programmes, computer-assisted programmes and public events for the benefit of the industry as well as the general public.
